Who
we are
Started February 7th, 2007, Helping Hand Pantry is a nonprofit community-based project, with a mission of assisting with the personal care needs of Mitchell area residents.
We complement the local food pantry by providing personal care items not commonly found at the food pantry. We disperse items to individuals and families, as on-going support, or in the event of life’s emergencies, such as loss of job, house, or insurance.
The purpose of the Helping Hand Pantry is to assist as many qualified Mitchell area families as possible with needed personal hygiene and cleaning products.
Every little bit of kindness makes a big difference. Together, we strive to create a brighter future through compassionate acts and heartfelt support.
